Applications are now open for LTC and MOBO executive fellowships.

For the second year running, the London Theatre Consortium (LTC), in partnership with the MOBO organisation, are looking to appoint Executive Fellowships to address the lack of diversity at executive level in UK theatre buildings.

Up to 4 fellowships will be offered for 6-12 month placements from November 2017. Identifying mid-career highly-skilled theatre producing, administration and management talent, the aim is to demystify the executive leadership of major London theatres, to mentor and support mid-career thinking, and provide pathways for emerging producing and management talent towards leadership.

Last year’s recipients were Rachel Brogan (Director of The Television Workshop in Salford), Raidene Carter (Head of Creative Programmes at The Albany) and Nisha Modhwadia (Senior Producer at Birmingham Repertory Theatre).

All candidates are invited to express their interest with a letter and CV submitted to: ruthhawkins@royalcourttheatre.com by 5pm on Friday 22 September 2017. Interviews shall take place in London on Friday 6 October 2017. For more information, including eligibility and the selection process, please click here.
