Genesis Foundation 25th Anniversary Show
About Genesis Foundation 25th Anniversary Show
Since 2001, the Genesis Foundation has nurtured the careers of thousands of exceptionally talented artists and creative professionals.
To mark its 25th anniversary, the Genesis Foundation will host a limited-ticket showcase and drinks reception at the Royal Court Theatre on Sunday 19th April. The Genesis Foundation, established by John Studzinski, has supported thousands of artists and creative professionals at pivotal stages of their careers since 2001. The event will be a one-off chance to see the breadth and impact of the Genesis Foundation’s partnerships across the arts, bringing together work from artists and organisations it has supported over the past quarter century.
The programme features a re-staged extract from Olivier Award-nominated 1536 by Genesis Almeida Playwright Ava Pickett; a performance of Voices of Angels by Millicent B James, commissioned by the Genesis Foundation and performed by renowned vocal ensemble The Sixteen; and an exclusive performance from the National Theatre’s The Witches by Tiffany Graves (Matilda, Kiss Me Kate, Chicago), developed through the NT’s Genesis Music Theatre Programme.
