Inspired by real events, Mark Rosenblatt‘s GIANT tells the story of author Roald Dahl and the scandal that shook his legacy.

Tony and Golden Globe-winner John Lithgow will reprise his Olivier Award-winning role as Roald Dahl, with further casting to be announced. Directed by Nicholas Hytner, and featuring design by Bob Crowley.

Winner of the 2025 Olivier Award for Best New Play, the Royal Court’s production of GIANT will be lead produced on Broadway by Brian and Dayna Lee, Stephanie Kramer and Nicole Kramer, Josh Fiedler and Robyn Goodman.
