Making it easier to book the tickets and support your needs.
If you have access needs, including specific seating requirements, ticket discounts, or accessible performance bookings, we offer a free Access Membership to help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
By sharing your needs with us, we can make sure you're seated in the best location and the right support is in place.
How to let us know your access requirements:
If you already have a Royal Court account:
- Log in at royalcourttheatre.com
- Go to My Account > Details > Other preferences
- Check as many boxes as apply to your access requirements
If you’re new to us:
- Sign up for an account
- Then go to My Account to update your access needs
Once set up, select Ticket for Access Booker when picking up a seat.

Access Tickets FAQs
Wheelchair Bookings
Staying in your chair? Please book by phone or email so we can allocate the correct space.
Transferring to a theatre seat? You’re welcome to book online or via Box Office.
Booking for Captioned, BSL, Audio Described and Chilled {Performances
Access the best seats for viewing caption screens or sign language interpretation are clearly marked on the seating plan when booking online.
Our box office team can also advise on where best to sit.
Assistive Listening Devices
We offer Sennheiser headsets (infrared system) in both theatres to:
- Amplify sound for hard of hearing patrons
- Provide live audio description during designated performances
Headsets are free and can be collected from the Cloakroom (Stalls level).
In the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs, optimal seating for this system is marked on our auditorium plan. The Upstairs theatre is covered throughout.
Induction Loops
An induction loop is available at Box Office - just let our staff know if you’d like to use it.
We also offer portable loop systems for meetings, events or hires across the building.
Support Dogs
Guide and hearing dogs are very welcome.
Let us know when booking so we can reserve an aisle seat or arrange support from our team if you'd prefer us to look after your dog during the performance. Some productions may feature loud noises or sudden effects, so feel free to ask for content guidance before attending.
