Over the last two years, the Royal Court Theatre has worked with 12 writers from Syria and Lebanon running workshops led by playwrights David Greig and Sam Holcroft with Royal Court International Director Elyse Dodgson.
Now, with the final drafts delivered, we are proud to present works-in-progress of three of the most urgent plays directed by Royal Court Associates Richard Twyman (International) and Lucy Morrison.
Each give a rare insight into one of the most dangerous conflicts of our times, told by young voices who are living the situation from the inside.
