To contact the Box Office, please email boxoffice@royalcourttheatre.com. The Box Office phone line (020 7565 5000) is open 12 – 6, Monday – Friday.

Tickets for productions can be booked on our website or over the phone. We will be accepting credit vouchers and Royal Court Vouchers as payment for all upcoming productions.

Box Office phone lines are open 12 – 6, Monday – Saturday and our Box Office in Sloane Square is open from 12 until the performance begins.

We are issuing e-tickets for performances and these will be sent to you via email. You will need to present your e-tickets on arrival for live performances.

If you feel that you can no longer use your tickets, please contact our box office team.

If you are no longer able, or no longer wish, to attend a performance we can offer an exchange to another performance or a credit voucher; provided we are contacted at least 48 hours before the performance by the ticket booker. Credit Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. To exchange tickets, it costs £1 per ticket to exchange (with a cap at £5 per booking).
