Comedian Simon Amstell performs in the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs on Sunday 10 June at 8pm. Proceeds from the gig will support the Royal Court’s Young Writers Programme which has been finding and nurturing new voices for the stage for the past forty years.
The award-winning comedian, actor/screenwriter (Grandma’s House) and presenter (Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Popworld) returns with a brand new stand-up tour for 2012.
Intensely vulnerable and painfully honest, Amstell attempts again to heal himself in public, following 2009’s critically acclaimed ‘Do Nothing’.
With special guest Daniel Simonsen.
This special, extra gig is in aid of the Royal Court’s Writers Development Fund.
