Tomorrow The Royal Court sadly says goodbye to the 10 wonderful writers we have had with us for the last 3 weeks.

Since 1989 the Royal Court Theatre has collaborated with emerging playwrights from all parts of the world. Now in its 23rd year, the International Residency offers international playwrights an opportunity to develop a new play of their own alongside leading British writers, directors and performers.

This years intensive programme has seen writers from Cuba, Georgia, India, Lebanon, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, Switzerland, USA and Uganda
