Comedian Simon Amstell will perform a one-off gig in the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs at the Royal Court on Sunday 10 June at 8pm. All proceeds from the performance will go towards the Royal Court's Young Writers Programme which has been finding and nurturing new voices for the stage for the past forty years.*

SIMON AMSTELL PERFORMS SPECIAL GIG IN AID OF ROYAL COURT’S YOUNG WRITERS PROGRAMME

Comedian Simon Amstell will perform a one-off gig in the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs at the Royal Court on Sunday 10 June at 8pm. All proceeds from the performance will go towards the Royal Court’s Young Writers Programme which has been finding and nurturing new voices for the stage for the past forty years.

The award-winning comedian, actor/screenwriter (Grandma’s House) and presenter (Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Popworld) returns with a brand new stand-up tour for 2012.

Intensely vulnerable and painfully honest, Amstell attempts again to heal himself in public, following 2009’s critically acclaimed ‘Do Nothing’.
