A Kind of People Competition Terms and Conditions

The prize draw gives the opportunity to win two tickets to see A Kind of People by Gurpreet Kaur Bhatti (for performances until 18th January 2020) and a one night stay for two at a centrally located Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel with complimentary breakfast – Excluding stays for the 1st January 2020 and subject to availability.

1) Participants must be over the age of 18 years. 

2) The competition opens at 4pm 20 December. The competition will close at midnight on Sunday 29 Dec 2019. 

3) To enter the competition, eligible participants will need to follow the Royal Court Theatre Twitter account and retweet the original @royalcourt tweet between the time stated above.

4) The prize consists of:

Two tickets to see A Kind of People at the Royal Court Theatre

A one night stay for two at a centrally located Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel with complimentary breakfast – subject to availability. The prize is valid for a one night stay for the period until 18th January and must be redeemed with the Edwardian Hotel team before 18th January. The offer is not valid for stays at Edwardian Hotels on the 1st January 2020.

5) The winner will be drawn at random on 30 December 2019. Entries must be received by the Royal Court Theatre during the times stated in point (2).

6) The prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

7) The winner will be notified on Twitter. If a winner does not claim their prize by 1st January 2020, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

8) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the English Stage Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect and consequential loss) whatsoever (howsoever caused) suffered or sustained by any winner or participant in connection with any prize draw or prize awarded or withdrawn pursuant to these terms and conditions
