Since 2012 Cassandra has worked in the Arts Sector as a Facilitator, Project Manager and Educator. In recent years she has specialised within assistive music technology and working with disabled musicians. Cassandra is passionate about removing barriers for people from underrepresented groups within the music industry and education sector.

Cassandra is also a session musician, composer and producer working under the alias AGAMA. Cassandra is MOBO Awards and Help Musicians UK grantee.
