When does my rental period begin? 

Your rental period begins once you have logged in and pressed play. You will then have 48 hours to watch the film.  

Do I need to watch in one sitting? 

No, as long as you watch within 48 hours of pressing play. You can watch the film when, and as many times as you want within 48 hours.  

Do I need to watch at 19.00? 

No, this is a suggested viewing time. You can login and start watching the film whenever you want.

What do I do if I don’t remember my Royal Court account password?  

On the login screen on the film streaming page, click ‘Reset here’. You’ll then be emailed a link to reset your password.

What do I do if I can’t remember which email is linked to my Royal Court account?  

Email boxoffice@royalcourttheatre.com and someone will be able to assist you further.  

How do I turn on captions while watching the film?

Click the hexagonal settings icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, then click ‘Subtitles’ and select ‘English’ or ‘Spanish’ depending on which you require. Spanish subtitles will be available from 8 December.

How do I access the audio-described version of the film? 

The audio-described version of the film is now available. Once you have purchased a ticket, you can login with your Royal Court account information and start watching. Watch the audio-described version now
