Alice Birch’s Anatomy of a Suicide Shortlisted for the James Tait Black Prize for Drama

Alice Birch has been shortlisted for the 2018 James Tait Black Prize for Drama. The playwriting prize is run by the University of Edinburgh. The judging panel includes students and academics from the University of Edinburgh along with representatives from the Traverse, the Playwright’s Studio Scotland, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the Schaubuhne.

Anatomy of a Suicide was produced at the Royal Court in 2017 and directed by Katie Mitchell.
