Reece Shearsmith

Reece Shearsmith first came to prominence with his multi-award winning TV series The League of Gentlemen, which he co-wrote and co-starred in. With writing partner Steve Pemberton, Reece then went on to create the BAFTA award-winning series Inside no. 9 (BBC2), which ran for 9 series, 55 episodes, and recently enjoyed a sold-out run as stage-play in the West End. Aside from his writing work, Reece has numerous acting credits across stage, screen and TV, including The Unfriend (Criterion Theatre), A Very Expensive Poison (The Old Vic) (for which he was nominated for an Olivier Award), Hangmen at The Royal Court, Saltburn, A Field In England, Good Omens, and The Widower.
