Steven joined the Royal Court Theatre as Head of Producing & Partnerships in 2024 during David Byrne’s first season as Artistic Director.

Steven founded the producing companies Roots, Long Acre Arts and HighTide, where he produced new plays with the National Theatre, The Old Vic, Bush Theatre, Soho Theatre, Young Vic and the Royal Court, where he staged Harrogate (Evening Standard Theatre Award nominee).
