Gift Ajimokun

This is a door in my living room in my home in London where I’m currently staying.

I wanted to become a Young Agitator because I didn’t think there was a place in theatre for me and now that I understand that there is I want to explore and understand theatre more especially dramaturgy. I’m looking forward to connecting with and learning from the cohort and I’m also excited to discover the full process of how a theatre production gets on the stage.

At the moment, I am finding joy in rest and relaxation. Both things I didn’t feel like I had permission to do, but I’m learning to do more of now.
