This is the door to my university halls of residence.

I wanted to become a Young Agitator because I love being creative and collaborating with other people. I believe in the power of art and the importance of seeing yourself reflected in the stories around you. As an artist my intention is to be a voice for people and narratives that often unexplored and underrepresented. I’m looking forward to learning more about what goes into crafting an impactful play and using my newly acquired skills to work on my play ‘Care’ which has already been showcased at the Royal Court. I’m also excited to contribute my experience and knowledge gained as an assistant director, choreographer and dancer to this wonderfully dynamic and talented community of young artists.

At the moment, I am finding joy in singing my heart out in my newly empty building and listening to the birds singing.
