People of Pimlico films now available online
Published on Wed 8 Nov 2017Last month Beyond the Court presented People of Pimlico, a series of short films exploring perspectives on community, in a pop-up venue at the heart of Pimlico.
“Over the last three years we have been lucky to be accepted into the hearts of the community of Pimlico. Meeting wonderfully interesting people with many stories to tell. Over the last few months filmmaker Alice Russell and the Royal Court team have been finding out some of these peoples stories and documenting them into small films, from the heart-breaking, to the inspirational, to silly joyousness, we’ve documented a real slice of Pimlico. These films made by Pimlico for Pimlico in Pimlico will be screened in the heart of the community in the Churchill Gardens estate – come and see them there.”
