150 plays by writers from the global majority

RinD have created the list of 150 plays by writers from the global majority with designer Kunmi Ogunsola, to encourage Drama exam boards to update their specifications. It was expanded to support secondary school teachers, directors, facilitators, lecturers and students with finding texts that reflect their own culture and/or heritage, and to introduce students to cultures and heritages different to their own. These plays can be used for study in the classroom, as a reading list to broaden your knowledge and for youth theatre productions. It is essential that all students feel represented, a sense of belonging and have a better understanding and knowledge of our global community, in which they exist.
