Supernumeraries wanted for How To Hold Your Breath

Performance Opportunity at Royal Court Theatre

How to Hold Your Breath

How To Hold Your Breath is a piece of new theatre written by Zinnie
Harris and directed by artistic director Vicky Featherstone, which embarks on an epic journey through Europe with sisters Dana (Maxine Peake) and Jasmine as they discover the true cost of principles in this twisted exploration of how we live now. Starting with a seemingly innocent one-night stand, this darkly witty and magical thriller dives into our recent European history.

We are looking for 15 supernumeraries to be part of a crowd scene which forms the climax of the play. We are looking for a wide range of ages, body types and ethnicities. Performers need to be able to take part in a movement sequence.

Performers will be required to attend the supernumerary rehearsal days (two half days and one whole day), tech runs and performances.

Performers will be paid the SOLT supernumerary rate of £32.39 per session.
