The Royal Court Theatre's Executive Producer Lucy Davies Named One of the Creative Green Champions at This Year's Julie's Bicycle Creative Green Awards

The Royal Court Theatre’s Executive Producer Lucy Davies has been named one of the Creative Green Champions at this year’s Julie’s Bicycle Creative Green Awards. These awards recognise and honour the achievements of the creative community taking action on climate change.

The Creative Green Champion awards recognise individuals who have been leading and inspiring change from within their organisations and beyond, engaging colleagues and the wider community to take creative climate action.

Lucy Davies, the Royal Court Executive Producer, said;

“These awards recognise deep and meaningful change and I am very proud to be amongst such brilliant peers, celebrated by such a prestigious panel. As JB has long known, the cultural sector is a critical agent in helping to reset our relationship with the planet and its resources. That task has never felt more urgent: to fix our habitats and advocate to our communities. The entire Royal Court team sit behind this work, with their imagination and commitment to make change.”

The Creative Green Awards ceremony was held virtually on Friday 13 November 2020.
