Matilda is a bionic playwright and screenwriter. She was awarded a BAFTA and Warner Brother’s scholarship to study a Masters in Playwriting & Screenwriting. She completed the Royal Court Writers Program and was a member of Soho Theatre’s Writers’ Alumni Group. Matilda has had residences with English Touring Theatre, Sphinx Theatre, Soho Theatre and BBC Writersroom, was Graeae Theatre’s Artist-in-Residence and completed an attachment at the National Theatre Studio.
