  • Can I return or exchange my tickets?

    All tickets are sold as non-refundable, however, it may, on occasion, be possible to exchange your tickets for another performance. Please see our guide to Returns and Exchanges.

  • Do you offer standing tickets?

    There are no standing spaces in the Jerwood Theatre Upstairs but we are usually able to offer a small number of standing places for performances in the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs. Click here for further details and more ways to save.

  • I am 27, can I buy an under 27 ticket?

    Yes, reduced price tickets are available to individuals 27 years of age and under. I.D will be required on collection. Please click here for more information and other ways to save.

  • When do you offer cheaper tickets?

  • My tickets are for the Jerwood Theatre. Where is this?

    The Royal Court Theatre consist of a number of performance spaces. Our main auditoriums are the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs and the Jerwood Theatre Upstairs. Both are located at the Royal Court Theatre in Sloane Square.

  • What time should I collect my tickets from the Box office?

    Tickets for the performances in the Jerwood Theatre Upstairs can be collected on the day of the performance only. However, tickets for all other shows, unless otherwise stated, can be collected in advance, at any time, from the Box Office (located at the front of the building).

  • Why can’t I select a seat for a Jerwood Upstairs performance?

    All seats in our Jerwood Theatre Upstairs space are unreserved. The auditorium usually opens 10-15 minutes before a performance and patrons are invited to choose their own seats within the space.

  • Where can I find the running time for the show I have booked?

    Much of the work produced by the Royal Court is new writing and as such is still being developed right up until opening night. Therefore, we are often unable to publish a confirmed running time until previews have begun. When confirmed, the running time will be posted on the individual production page.

  • What time does the bookshop open?

    Monday – Saturday, 11.30am to 7.45pm / 11.30am to 5.30pm on non-show days (closed on Bank Holidays). Playtexts are also available online.

  • Do I need to book a table at the Bar & Kitchen?

    Yes, booking is strongly advised to book ahead. You can book a table online or by calling 020 7565 5005
    Please be aware that tables cannot be booked via Box Office or Stage Door.
