Here are some useful details when booking your tickets and planning your visit:

Tickets

We strongly advise ticket-holders to arrive early and take their seats in advance of the start time.

Your e-ticket will have come from boxoffice@royalcourttheatre.com and can found by searching “e-ticket” in your inbox. We ask all ticket-holders to have their e-tickets on their phone or printed off before making their way to the theatre.

If you are collecting your tickets from our Box Office, please arrive in good time to do so.

Pre-show drinks and dining

If you’d like to join us for a pre-show drink or bite to eat, we’d recommend booking a table in our Bar & Kitchen.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom is available on the stalls levels for customers to check in any large bags or bulky items at £1 per item. Please note that bags may be searched before checking them into the cloakroom.

Latecomers and readmittance

We advise ticket holders to arrive early. If you arrive late or leave the auditorium during the performance, we cannot guarantee that you will be re-admitted.

The Auditorium 

The Jerwood Theatre Downstairs has a system which allows all extracted air to leave the building and fresh air is drawn in from outside. We have been operating our systems for longer periods of time so they come on earlier in the morning and stay on until late. This helps refresh the air before and after audiences are in the space.
